MFF was an amazing time, as usual! I had so much fun meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones over the weekend. The final attendance was an amazing 7,075 people and our donation raised for the Felines and Canines charity was $78,482! Thank you to everyone who came out and donated money and had a great time! I got to speak with some of the newer Ball State AAS which was refreshing. Keep up the work, you guys! A student organization is only as good as its members, so keep participating and keep making that safe, educational haven for furries and those who want to learn. :D I love you all and I hope to visit soon!
I had a very fun time hanging out in the Artist's Alley and seeing all of you again. :) There was just enough time to get to see the Dealer's Den before the end of the convention and I bought two prints from one of my favorite artists, Balaa. I was unable to attend their special panel, but check out their page (The Leopard Sun ) for information on their Patreon featuring an amazing new book project. This weekend had tons of great times with friends, I saw amazing characters, and I am very excited to work on all of the art that was ordered. I will be updating the que lists here and on trello today and contacting anyone needed for additional information.
I hope that you all had an amazing weekend and stay safe and warm in the coming winter months! For upcoming events, please check out the ArtWauk event in Waukegan, IL Dec 17th from 5-9pm! This amazing event has multiple buildings with free entry and free refreshments to enjoy as you view tons of amazing artwork! Everything from elementary school artwork to independent artists and everything in between! You can view part of my large-scale charcoal series Two Sides of a Tree on display in the Urban Edge gallery in person and the full grandeur of their size! Check out their event page for more information! https://www.facebook.com/events/1763042847353339/
After that, Fursquared will be here! As of now, I do not have a Dealer's Den table, but I am working to get one. At the very least, you will be able to find me there in the Artists Alley. Look for the green table cloth and huge variety of work! :D I missed all of you dearly and can't wait to see you again at these next events. :D
