Twining Tree Creations 
Terms of Service

• Anything agreed to by both parties (Twiining Tree Creations and the client) in writing, including email, is a legal, binding contract. By commissioning Twining Tree Creations , the client agrees to all terms of service.
• Twining Tree Creations saves digital copies of all communication between both parties.
• Twining Tree Creations retains the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice, including, but not limited to, changing, modifying, adding, or deleting part(s) of the Terms of Service. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review the Terms of Service.  
• Twining Tree Creations requires 50% nonrefundable down payment to begin the commission and requires the remaining payment before the commission can be sent to the client.
• Prices are liable to change between individual commissions in regards to size, detail, and media. Prices are negotiable up to an extent agreeable to both parties (Twining Tree Creations and the client). 
• Trades of artwork or bartering with items depend on size of paying que list and Twining Tree Creations retains the rights to refuse or negotiate trades.​
• All sales are final. No full refunds will be given. Partial refunds or change of commission will be based on individual commission and progress of the commission.
• The client agrees to check the status of the commission where specified before personally inquiring.
• ​Due to traditional art time requirements on larger commissions such as paintings and woodburnings, the client agrees to extended que wait times when necessary.
  
• Twining Tree Creations retains the right to use all commissions as examples in portfolios and galleries unless previously agreed upon by both parties (Twining Tree Creations and the client). 
• Twining Tree Creations retains the rights to archive, or discontinue, any commissions or orders wherein the patron does not respond to inquiries, approvals, or updates after a three year interim.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are included in commission price, however larger products will require higher cost due to higher shipping costs.
• We do not accept cash on delivery. Shipping payment must be received prior to sending the product.
• Pick-ups are available for local clients or those attending conventions where Twining Tree Creations is attending. Pick-ups will not include shipping cost into price.
• Twining Tree Creations is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. 
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
